Hey there, I’m Kat- a CCC!
My goal in providing therapy is to support people as they work toward their own individual goals and work through different stages of their lives. Everyone is welcome: people who want to make BIG changes, people with smaller goals, and people who are just trying to get through life one step at a time.
My primary focus areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, panic, emetophobia and other specific phobias, prenatal and postpartum, parenthood, and Metis identity. I believe in a personalized, client-centered approach to counselling, using a variety of modalities. Your strengths are emphasized in our sessions.
My aim is to work collaboratively with you to set and achieve goals by drawing on your strengths and skills. Our sessions are safe, welcoming spaces to encourage open discussions.
People from all walks of life are welcome, and I work with ages 12+. This is a 2SLGBTQI+ and BIPOC friendly space, and I am open to feedback at all stages of our relationship.

Hello there!
I am Chelsea a CCQ who specializes in Chronic illness and pain management, as a clinician who struggles with this myself I offer realistic and implementable solutions- tried and true. My work with those who struggle with chronic illness is to create a care plan that encompasses identifying your comfort zone, expressing your boundaries to your loved one and other social networks- like work, as well as how to stay firm in them. I happily work along side other medical professionals in your care team to create a well balanced approach to illness.
I also enjoy working with couples, and offer pre-marital counselling, couples counselling, and separation counselling. I have my pastoral studies, and so I pride myself on being able to offer a spiritual approach to all my services- if the client so chooses- but don’t worry theres ZERO pressure!

Hello!
My name is Rachel and I am the owner and a counsellor behind The Hive Mental Health Services!
I started The Hive on the foundational pillars of:
-Affordability: aimed at breaking down the financial barrier for community members, by: offering sessions $20-$50 cheaper, giving discounted sessions to moms who are on mat leave or SAHM, and working on a sliding scale.
-Flexibility: focused on offering appointment times and delivery methods that allow for all clients to access mental health services, ex: video, text sessions, days, evening, and weekends.
-Relateability: we don’t cookie cut here, i know that your counselling experience needs to be tailored to your needs, wants, and world outlook. That’s why i use a combination of modalities like: CBT, DBT, talk therapy, somatic, person centred, and solution focused, to help you achieve your mental health goals in a way that feels realistic to use in the day to day.
ABOUT ME:
I’m a mom to three wonderful boys, through motherhood i have gained experience with:

Hi there! I’m Brittney Mitchell — a Registered Social Worker (BSW) with a big heart and eight years of experience walking alongside people through life’s twists and turns.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or just trying to figure things out, I’m here to help. I work with adults, youth, couples, and seniors, supporting folks through all kinds of life obstacles: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, PTSD, BPD, postpartum changes, autism, health transitions, and even the big (and sometimes messy) emotions like anger.
I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach- meaning your story, your pace, and your goals always come first. I pull from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to find what fits you best.
Before jumping into mental health and addictions counselling, I spent six years in disability services and program coordination (including lots of group therapy work!). I’ve also been deeply involved in community-based mental health and corrections work - it’s work that has truly shaped the compassionate lens I bring to every session.
Sessions with me are virtual, so we can connect from wherever you’re comfy. My aim? A safe, supportive, and totally non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s going on and find real, doable ways to help you move forward.
Let’s make life a little lighter — together.
